Pizza Oven Tile

When you first receive your pizza oven, it is crucial that you follow these instructions:
• The purpose of this process is to remove any moisture from the tile to prevent cracking.
• Place the tile in a cold oven BEFORE heating.
• Heat the oven to 160°C (this should take about 20 minutes).
• Switch the oven off after reaching 160°C and let it cool down.
• Allow the tile to cool down completely before removing it.
• Your tile is now ready to be used.

Important:
• The temperature should never exceed 180°C (temperature on top of the oven).
• The degrees shown on the thermometer located on top of the pizza oven are different from the degrees inside. The inside is much hotter.
• The temperature should always be gradually increased and decreased.
• If the tile gets wet, you will have to repeat the above process to ensure any moisture is removed.
• Remember, the tile is an essential accessory to enhance heat distribution, promoting even cooking and a crispy crust. With proper care, it will provide reliable performance for many cooking sessions to come.
