Returns Policy

Returns Policy

AgMarket wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy, you can return the product to us within 7 working days after delivery, and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account, subject to terms and conditions.

This policy applies to products both from AgMarket itself and any of our Vendors (resellers). Words defined in our terms and conditions have the same meaning in this Policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Unwanted products

If you no longer want the product ordered, you are welcome to return the product to us via courier for store credit or a full refund, within 7 working days of delivery to you. Please note that you will be liable for the courier costs if there is no fault with the product and it is in its original packaging..

For the return of an unwanted product, please ensure that the product is undamaged and unused, with the original labels, stickers, and packaging still intact. The packaging must also include any accessories or parts included with the original product.

Once we have inspected the product and ensured that everything is in order, we will credit your account within 10 working days of the return.

Exchange procedure

Clothing can be exchanged for a different size, provided that such a variation is available. The customer must send the original item back via courier at their own cost.

We will then ship the replacement to the customer once we have received the original product, depending on the availability of the replacement product. If such a variation is not available, we will credit or refund you with the purchase price of the product within 10 working days of the return.

As with all exchanges, please ensure the product is in its original packaging, undamaged, and includes all accessories received with the product.

Incorrect product delivered

If we deliver the wrong product to you, or the product is not as described on the website, please let us know and we will arrange collection of the product from you at no charge.

Please ensure that all accessories are present and that the product is still in its original packaging.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair or replace the product. If we are not able to replace the product, we will credit your account with the original purchase price or alternatively refund you if so requested.

Damaged products delivered

Should you receive a product that is damaged or missing any parts, or accessories at the time of the delivery, please notify us within 7 working days from delivery by sending an email to info@agmarket.co.za.

Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging with all accessories or parts included. We will arrange to collect the product from you, free of charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product.

If there is no stock available, we will credit your account or refund you for the full purchase price of the product.

Warranty

If you have received a product that turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality. You can email your complaint to info@agmarket.co.za within 7 working days of receipt of your product. The product warrantee, is held by the vendor, and not AgMarket. Once the 7day AgMarket warrantee has lapsed, AgMarket is not responsible or liable for the product warrantee from any resellers/vendors on the AgMarket platform.

The warrantee of all products are held by the vendor or supplier and is subject to their terms and conditions. Please request the warranty term for your product from the AgMarket team at info@agmarket.co.za.

Extended Supplier Warrantee

Please note that any extended supplier warranty is subject to whatever terms and conditions the supplier or manufacturer may impose. These are usually stated in a brochure or leaflet inside or on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the terms and conditions.

Please note that the remedy offered to you is at the supplier or manufacturer’s discretion. AgMarket is under no obligation to provide you with a credit, repair or replacement as your remedy lies with the supplier or manufacturer.

Refunds T’s & C’s

Please note that we only refund the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card.

Payment by EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account.

Product return checklist

  • Please ensure that your products are safely and securely packed for protection during transit.
  • Clearly mark your order number and name on the outside of the parcel.
  • Ensure all accessories and parts that were sold with the product are accounted for.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
